I provide a space where you can talk confidentially and experience warmth and acceptance from someone who wants to see things from your perspective. We will work together to understand what you are going through, making sense of things can give you back control.
A stronger sense of self emerges which makes you more able to cope and manage what you find difficult. My way of working helps you trust your instincts and gain confidence. You will be able to make decisions which are not influenced by others, giving you more freedom and independence.
We can find a way to come to terms with things, explore what you would like to be different and how to go about making that happen. Together we can find acceptance and meaning, and gain a greater range of responses to people and problems in life.
I work with anxiety and depression. Family dynamics, conflict and relationship issues. Divorce and separation. Low confidence, motivation and self esteem. Intense emotions, loneliness, stress and anger management. Cultural issues and racial identity. Mental and physical health problems, bereavement and loss.
